When does Lebsloop launch?

We open in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in around three months, with Saudi Arabia and Egypt to follow. Join the waitlist to be first in.

Can I buy and sell, not just rent?

Yes. Alongside rental, you can buy pre-loved designer pieces to keep, or sell the ones you're done with. Sellers keep 100% of the price they set; buyers pay a small buyer-protection fee, and luxury items go through an authenticity check.

How does identity verification work?

Everyone verifies once through UAE Pass — the government's secure digital identity. It takes under two minutes and keeps the whole community trusted.

What if a piece is damaged?

Every rental includes damage cover, and a refundable deposit is held for the rental period. Both sides photograph the piece at handover and return, so condition is always documented.

Who handles cleaning?

The lender does. Each lender makes sure the piece is clean and ready to wear before every rental, and Lebsloop never charges a cleaning fee — renters never pay a separate cleaning line.

How and when do lenders get paid?

Earnings are paid directly to your UAE IBAN within 24 hours of a confirmed return, minus our 15% service fee. VAT is handled transparently.
